Safely return to exercise postpartum

I recommend all new moms start with these gentle core, pelvic floor and hip exercises prior to engaging in any more strenuous exercise.

This video starts with gentle exercises and builds from there.

It should be challenging for any new mom or any mom who wants to return to a more intense exercise program, this is the place to start.

Once you can complete the exercises in this video, then your body will be ready for more intense exercise if that is your goal.
