Postpartum Exercise 4 Week Program
This course will give you 3 exercise videos per week for 4 weeks. Each week you will get: -one core focused exercise class -one leg day -one upper body day Each exercise video is about 10 minutes long, making it easier to fit in your workout. Each week's videos will build on the previous week's exercises.
