What About Kegels?
For most people, kegels are all we have heard of when it comes to pelvic floor therapy, but there is so much more!
First, not everyone needs to do kegels. Many people have tight pelvic floor muscles and that is what is causing their symptoms, so kegels aren't the answer.
Second, kegels are not enough to get you back to running, jumping, exercising, laughing and sneezing without bladder leakage or pelvic symptoms. We need to train the rest of your body, too.
This program offers a variety of exercise videos including strengthening and stretching routines.
These are based off of the most common exercises I give to my clients in the clinic. What works for them should help you, too.
Bonus #1: Monthly Live Zoom
Dr. Carri will hold a monthly group zoom call for all members. Each month will be a different educational topic. This is a place for you to ask questions directly of Dr. Carri.
This bonus alone is worth the cost of the membership.
Bonus #2: Shoulder Strengthening
There is a bonus section that has videos for shoulder strengthening for healthy shoulders, not just lifting weights at the gym type of exercises.
I am a physical therapist and all these exercise videos come from a physical therapy perspective and how to keep your body pain free and working well for life.

Meet Your Instructor
Dr. Carri graduated from physical therapy school at Stony Brook University in New York in 2006 with her doctorate in physical thearpy.
She became a certified strength and conditioning specialist in 2008.
She loves helping people bridge the gap between rehab and fitness and wants people to know there is much more to pelvic floor rehab than just doing kegels, so she created this program.
