About This Program
Who This Program Is For:
This course is designed for any postpartum mom.
It is safe to start as early as 2 weeks postpartum.
I also have moms who are 2 years postpartum and benefit from this program.
You can do all the exercises even if you have pelvic floor issues like bladder leakage, diastasis recti, prolapse or pelvic pain.
These exercise videos are safe and gentle to do and will help heal your body after pregnancy.

What Is Included In This Program
Each week you will get 3 exercise videos
- one upper body workout
- one lower body workout
- one core workout
You will get 4 weeks of videos
12 different workouts in total
All videos are 10 min or less so you can fit them into your day
What Equipment Do I Need?
You can do this course without any equipment, but there are some suggested pieces:
- resistance band
- yoga mat
- Pilates ball
- dumbbells are optional
About The Program
- These exercises are designed to build a foundation for you if you want to go on and do higher intensity exercise.
- They are safe to start as early as 2 weeks postpartum.
- They are beneficial even if you are years postpartum.
- There is no running or jumping.
- Minimal equipment is necessary to participate.
- These are safe if you have any pelvic floor issues and should help heal your core and pelvic floor.
- Each video is a combination of stretching/flexibility/mobility and gentle strength training.
Curriculum
Your instructor
Dr. Carri Dominick is a seasoned physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Stony Brook University in 2006 and became a certified strength and conditioning coach in 2008.
She founded Recharge Therapy, which is based in Long Beach, CA in 2016.
She began creating online courses in 2019 to give people more access to help their pelvic floor issues from the comfort of their own home.
